funny story is the first time I tried the puzzle I DID REALLY WELL! then suddenly I couldn't figure out what I was doing then. when I started to try the puzzle again I just died.

first part is left right, left right until the tiny clip of the red and blue fluids, THEN I BELIEVE from watching the video it's "left, right, left, right , right, left, left, right, left, right, right.

In the second part, look for the parts of the tilting mechanism with TWO slots; these require two doses to continue moving and will stay where they are if they only have one. Just take time to think and plan.

I think it's worth noting that, at least on my game, the buttons are INCORRECTLY DISPLAYED ONSCREEN. On my game it says LT for antidote and RT for toxin; it isn't, it's the other way around.

If you're struggling, bear in mind that each slot is ALWAYS going to tilt to one side, so plan your move in advance, see which side it'll eventually tilt into and press the appropriate button.

for all you people having a hard time. Remember.there is no time limit. Take your time before dropping red ball(L2) blue ball (r2) one ball at a time. It's really not that hard. Lookat the pattern in order to predict the color you have chosen is going to land

I finally figured it out!!!! My game was glitched!!! It said LT for antidote and RT for toxin, but when i tried it it was the other way around. i kept dying because i didn't realise that you could choose whether the antidote or toxin came out.

It's easier than it looks....

You control which pill will drop (blue or red) and all you have to do is look at how the levers are arranged and determine which way it will turn when a pill is dropped in it. Follow that to the end and that will tell you which bin it will end up in and which pill to send down.

Once I realized that, I got through both parts with no errors (and I normally suck at these things). If you are still stuck, just release pills and watch the patterns. You'll get it.
