  • five stars for story, character development, and it had my interest the entire time.

too many times, story writters forget the little guy, and only focus on the BIG, MEGA, AWESOME, UBER, I337, stuff. i.e. what if X-men was a street gang with no jet, super bases, etc?

  • This is very well done, but the Vulcan sounds totally robotic.

  • What a crack up. You guys made my day. This is very exciting, thanks.

  • love it! editing is great music all done very well.Is their more ?Maybe a bit more work on cgi but other wise very well done.best writing i have seen in a fan trek film.

  • Excellent episode. Very well put together. Looking forward to watching them all. The captain is very attractive, nice job.

  • thanks! these were fun!

  • @Auroratrek - What is the name of the song at the beginning? I like it.

  • @Auroratrek - Nevermind, I see the title at the end.

  • @Sparrow9612 Thanks! It's called "New Day". I have the full song written, but it hasn't been fully performed/recorded yet. It is sung by Jeannette, who also voices Kara & T'ling.

  • @Auroratrek - Its a very nice song. I look forward to hearing it in full. On a different, the Aurora is a cool ship. Size doesn't matter as long as there's a good pilot at the helm.

  • excellent!

  • Very well done! I'm impressed!

  • NIce job... I'm not so much a Trek fan as I am a 3D animation fan... good job... it's really somewhat rare to find good animation coupled with good story line..

  • This looks more like Babylon 5 five instead of Star Trek.

  • Surprised you would ditch the vid that had the most views. Anyway, great stuff! Good luck at festivals and such!

  • Excellent work!

  • Hey Kevin, as I was finishing the movie (in parts 5a and 5b) I felt like I wanted to make a little improvement to the very beginning scene--I really just added a little onto the very start--the rest of part 1 is the same after about the first minute or so. I wasn't sure anyone would notice! ;-)

  • @Auroratrek I see. I remember the viewscreen shot of the dock falling away. But now it's an exterior shot. In any case, I really enjoyed the series. It was a nice change of pace, shifting the focus away from Starfleet for a change, even though they still played a smaller roll in it.

  • I'm a bit confused. So did you make a few changes to it and are rereleasing it as such?
