Thank you all too kindly for giving us this with a minimum of fuss and request of financial payment. I am a student of dance and this helps me in ways I don't have the space to tell you. Also, this score gives us peace and relaxation.

Take a deep breath before you basically put your feet on the ground and start working out to this. God, it feels like stepping into a warm bath. Before the warm-up, there should be the moment of centering like a yoga class.
