@sorynbeta dude i died like 15 times to him at least from bullshit. Worst was one where he did 7 asuran fists in a row to me.... Maat cheats. It's pre-determined i think before you even enter the fight. because and that similar death happened multiple times, he says his guess you weren't ready yet then just fucking kills you with bullshit.

I can't wait until I fight him. I just read this on wiki and it made every startegy seem like it was an impossible fight. You make it look so easy. I did the BLM Maat fight on my other character and went 1-4 on him. Main reason was MP shortage on the last spell. I took a Marron Glace and it went like butter.

funny how did you have the teleports and Ga spells in your spell list?

CTRL-M brings up a list of all spells learned, regardless of what job you've learned them on.

It's just habit to cycle through this list, instead of just the spells my current job has.

i found Maat to be alot easier than everyone holds him to be. i had the same situation as you and i still killed him with ease. all it takes is skill and not being retarded at your job, the problem is now days anyone can get through any job w/o skill, but the maat fight determines the men from the boys!!!
