I love you..thank you so much for sharing your insights. I have just discovered you and am enjoying you so much, have to pull myself away from looking at the next video..but trying to so I can digest what ;you have just shared. Thank you, thank you.
Sublime the explanation Margaret!! You know? I¨ve got inspired by it, and I stoped to run over the score, and decided to give to my mind an ORDER in my reading- (about where are my fingers, wich one amI using and in what moment, wich is the next note and where is it, .... all this, counting .
My wife and I love you. I want you to know that I will never play the piano the same again after seeing you and hearing you on youtube. How's that for influencing somebody in under 10 minutes! I wish we could meet you. You are...infinity.
Do you know that artist Mildred Stempson of Marketville, Ohio? she is a quilting gal who loves to tour the world and gets hit by cars so she can get in the newspapers. She is one funny person and I'm hoping we can prop her up infront of a camera and just let her yacketty-jack.
You are a gem. I love your videos. I especially value the one on sightreading. It inspired me to "read" the evening away. I just subscribed. Your videos are great. I'm a young piano/voice teacher. I teach mostly youngsters. I'm still in college for music ed with a focus in voice but I love piano too. You speak like a poet. Do you write?
Can't tell you enough how much I am inspired by your videos. I've been enjoying my life so far, but in turning 50 this year it is also a time of reflection of where I've been and what I want to do with what I have left. Your videos encourage me to slow down and take pleasure from the process, learn new things, and savor the journey more. Thank you.
NamaSika sent me this video which i enjoyed very much...
What you described in your video is the reason i love daily meditation as it makes you STOP, & then after your 30 min or however long meditation everything is clear...you take great care of all you do, think & say & no longer feel the need 2 rush, rush...rush :)
Great Video Tara told me i'd enjoy it & she was right :)
It has taken me some time to get this video downloaded through the unreliable connection here in India. But I wanted to say it was truly worth the wait. Are all of your videos this profound? If so I'm subscribing... :-D
now then, your Toccata Quarta on harpsicord piece (that i found on your website) and your bread baking clips have made me complete. honestly. thank you very much. i'm on the right track now!
Thank you for this inspiration. at 20, my entire life seems to have revolved around the future, the next step, in an endless chain of planned events stringing together my life in its entirety from start to finish. Lately i've decided instead to embrace the present.
I've been trying to do that with cooking. I am looking at the colors, smelling each ingredient, and feeling all the textures before I cook them, then again when it is finished. I was a good cook before and I believe I am becoming a great cook now.
It is a wonderful story. I am a carpenter and cabinet maker. I am proud of myself for knowing and using hand tools rather than all the machines available. The time spent on projects was not fast. But I felt that at the slower pace. More of my heart and soul went into the work.Giving me more satisfaction in the end.Thank you for the reminder to slow down.
I have been away from youtube for a while, and your video is the first I've watched upon returning. Wow!
As your hands swept across the color and pattern of the fabric, I wondered about the teacher's endless "smoothing". Was she was letting the fabric tell her where to cut? Remember your first video about making bread (also a marvelous video)? - something like that - giving each ingredient its time, staying calm and hand-shaking the process.
How wonderful for you to have been there in the first place~! Of COURSE you would!! It did remind me of the many students I have taught to do various things in the Cosmetology industry (cutting/coloring/business/etc ect)...always wanting to start at the finish line.I guess we are all like that somewhat or we wouldn't be interested in learning whatever it is in the first place. Eagerness is "cute" but learning the basics from the Masters is priceless. How special you are, my dear.
I loved this. and I love you! i rush through life, thru doors, on my way always on my way. and i never stop to think...where is my mind? am i paying attention real attention to what I am doing. I am also pleased with my speed but, I dont like how it feels.
hey miss m*...i love listening to your stories. you weave much wisdom throughout your tales of life. thank you so much for sharing these experiences. take care. ((hugs)) ciao for now.
Once again, brilliant! I love it when I watch your videos and then I just sit and stare at the computer minutes after the video ends. I have to take time to digest it all. Thank you once again. :-)
Dear Ms. Fabrizio, Yet another gorgeous video of brain and eye candy. You spoil us in how, every time, you demonstrate the power and beauty of YouTube. Be well. - Tony
