I used Aphogee 2 min and it game me worse split ends. How do you use it so it doesn't do that? How do you know if you need it? I have pretty healthy hair so I don't want to mess it up.

@LadyLoveOdora yes you can. but keep in mind that basically all of the aphogee products HAS PROTEIN (except the balancing moisturizer) so just make sure that you have the protein and moisture balance in your hair regimen. I myself am just starting out using these products.. week 1, i'll use the aphogee shampoo and keratin..etc and week 2, i will use the shea moisture shampoo (no protein).

I wash my hair twice a week now because this Houston weather damaged my hair bad but one day Ill use Aphogee and the other day I'll use Creme of Nature. Keep that protein n moisture balance =)

@Toyaruth i use it every wash day which is once a month. i dnt use it as a deep conditioner jus a regular conditioner. i trim my ends every time i relax and since im on a 12 month stretch I wont trim again until December 2010.

@namcan what you doing is just fine. Its important to figure out what works for you. I don't use the affirm perm nomore not for any particular reason i just like the Olive Oil Perm way better than the Affirm. My hair be crazy soft. lol

I got a big chop July of '08 and went natural; however, my hair was still thin. I strd using Aphogee about 2 months ago and my hair is longer and thicker. The only thing is the dry scalp...I try to avoid oil but I put the CHI silk infusion or pure olive oil ton my scalp o tackle the problems.
