You're thinking ahead. That's very typical of foam facades over structural posts. We have some scripts in our software that allow this to be done very quickly as well, it's just not in the pendant yet.

That machine is so much cooler than mine. I use a Croma foam cutter, and I have to manually extract all polylines from DXF projects to build my cut files then run them through a serial port. Its a lot more hands on, and all of the help files are in French.

I've been designing and cutting foam for precast for over two years now, and I love it!
