@kapone815 no i dont use reason, i started off with fruity loops which i still use, then had the opportunity to use garage band on up to logic pro. ive used reason before i never got into the program thobut it has clean sounds tho!

Yo!! I still cant sync this fantom wit Logic , I have the usb connected. How do I set it to Control midi I have the remote keyboard switch (on). Also when I setup an audio track and hit the keys I'm getting a signal at the bottom, but I just cant record anything. Thanx!!

Cursor to SYNC/TEMPO. 3. Under SYNC MODE turn dial to SLAVE/MIDI. 4. Press F8 (SYSTEM WRITE). 5. Press REC and then press PLAY.

how did u record the sounds from the fantom? What connection did u use?

USB Audio Interfaces the name brand i use is m-audio google it. it hooks up thru ur usb port and allows you to record clean audio into ur DAW program. if ur gunna buy one tho make sure its compatible wit your program,

oh I already have the mobile pre usb interface, I just didnt know you could record audio with garage band. Also do you record it on the fantom and then into garage band so that its quantized?

o ok thats wats up! yea u can record, just select an audio track instead of a software track. u may have to change the settings or preference for ur input to ur mobile pre, normally it set on ur default microphone. I actually sold my fantom tho for logic pro tho. the program is like garageband on sterioids. my next step is to get some vsts. id rather have my instruments coming directly frm the same program. in this song i recorded the audio directly instead of quantizing 1st. do yea have a mac?

your right thats not phantom i can't afford a 400k car... but that is a *Fantom keyboard starts with a F... its the Fantom x6 google it and compare the pics...Look at the video time stamp 5min 28 seconds and 6min 30 seconds thats when i add instruments from the fantom...o and the first keyboard we are using is a m-audio midi controller

Great beat. This is how it's done. Lots of different melodies and chords to find the one that really strikes your attention. The Fantom is a very great peice of equipment to work with... Good choice. You might want to raise the Fantom up though...If you produce music using it for a long period of time, at the height its at, you will strain your neck. Trust me, I know. Lol. Good composition and choice of instruments. Keep it up.
