Hi Tara. I love your yoga videos! I wasn't into yoga before I started watching them. Now I love yoga! I found out today that I'm pregnant and I was wondering if you could maybe do a video that would be good for pregnant women? Thanks! xo
when i did this for the first time i was so amazed that i could bend my body like i did. your instructions through this one helped me sooo much thank you :) i felt so great after it, just realizing that i can bend more than i thought!!
I don't know if you have ever addressed this, but I was wondering if you could put up a play list of some good yoga songs. I would like some relaxing music to listen too throughout the day and was wondering if you had any personal favorite. Thank you, have a nice day! =D
This is enjoyable to watch. You make it look easy with your smooth moves. Also, 10 min videos like this, seems so easy to follow! (No excuses hehe). Can you do more like this?
Hey Tara, i've been having really stiff and sore knees and ankles after running recently and i was wondering if you could help. By the way you're awsome and really inspiring :p Thanks
@dancingbears714 hi! yoga can surely help. . do it before and after your runs. . and every day if you can. . something simple like this routine. let me know if it helps. thanks!
Hi Tara, I just started watching your videos and love them; where can I buy intermediate and advanced CDs so I can pop it in and do a 60 min. or so work-out? Thank you.
hi tara (: i was wondering, are all these yoga poses suitable for 13 year olds? i'm 5'8 and i really wanna lose the remaining fatty bits in my hips, butt, stomach and arms with yoga. if it isn't, do you think you could do a video on yoga for teens and kids? thanks (:
@casskosha1289 yes! this routine is for all ages! it will release tension and leave you feeling great. also remember to eat healthy. . dump the processed stuff and go for veggies! xo
Hi Tara!!!!!! I just wanted to let you know that I LOVE your videos, buuut... I was wondering if you could do some "beginner" open those hips videos! I've been practicing yoga on and off for about two years, and for some reason I struggle the most with hip opening poses. I often get frustrated and give up-which I know is like the opposite of what yoga is about- so any advice or tips you could give me? BTW pigeon position is like my equivalent of chinese water torture.
I was wondering how you do the downward dog with ur leg all the way up because i cant quite get it up so high. Could you do a video maybe teaching us who arent as flexible the steps on how to get up to that? Thanks!!
@soccerrocks989 it doesn't matter how high your leg goes. . it will go to where there is room. the more you practice and breathe the more room opens up. and the more you practice the more you'll realize yoga isn't about how high you can get your leg. .and the more you practice the higher your leg will get :)
@TaraStilesYoga Hey Tara! I love your videos, I was wondering how long it takes to form a yoga body? I have been practicing yoga for a few months and I have purchased your DVD, which I love!
And where do you buy your yoga shorts? I love them
Do you have any recommendations for a yoga mat that doesn't smell like chemicals? I've been practicing on my own for a few months (with the help of your vids :) but am currently using a towel for my mat, as every mat I've bought has given me a headache/dizziness or nauseous feeling when I get my face near it. Any suggestions? Thanks so much for your wonderful videos!
GAIAM yoga mats, available at Target are certified to be free of the chemicals that cause those odors. I've had one for almost a year now and never had any issues - they are nicely priced too! hope this helps,
What a beautiful video...it was like a work of art. I'm going to do this routine after my regular practice. I like to supplement with different routines.:)
Thank you for this video, Tara! I do have a question, is there one place in particular that you buy your yoga clothes or do you know of some economical yoga clothing options that still look cute?
Thanks Tara. This was so helpful!
