I am REALLY surprised that Nikki is still alive. I have read both "The Dirt" and "The Heroin Diaries" and the things that he did...but the fact that he is trying to help others and donating profits says a lot about the man. Glad to have Nikki still around.

ive read "the dirt" wich is the book that motley crue wrote, and if u guys like this interview u gotta read the book. it costs me like 9 bucks and was worth every fucking cent. BTW he looks good becouse he used heroin and it preserves the body.

It does "pickle" you, but if you're doing any kind of speed or coke with it long-term, you'll end up looking like Keith Richards. Plus, if you're on methadone for a long time and finally kick it all; you'll be hard pressed to ever have natural sleep again on any kind of regular basis. My advice is just stay the fuck away altogether.

I liked this intervew until this part.. It seems to me that they take the whole heroin talk to lightely, its like its all a joke to them. What if kids are listening to this.. Heroin is not a joke, IT COULD KILL PEOPLE. This Is my message t o kids : Drink alcohol, drink it responsibly, if you cant its ok, but dont use heroin, ever, because you could potentially DIE.
