the ds one your vitals dont decrease so dramatically but choosing the instrument takes some time the wii your vitals decrease dramatically quickly choose the instrument yeah thats how i see it

It's a quite handy way to get a good score on the levels (the syringe lowers your score). Worked on the original, too.

The point is that the gel is basically like a syringe, it just takes longer to work. I beat it without healing touch and syringe also, but I use a hell of a lot of gel.
