I feel that commercials back then were about telling you about how great their new product was but now that they're established and successful they spend more time being witty, and I can't totally blame them. No matter what we think about the presentation of commercials these days I know if I were the guy making them I would want to make something that was with the times and I'd know that by now I couldn't tell folks that there's peanuts in snickers for the hundreth time.
