I don't want to get into the gayness part too much, but stay faithful. I know many people that have gone through "homosexuality", but they were strong enough to stay in church, and were actually able to grow out of it, you could too, *if you wanted to*. I think that raising a child in one religion (or lack thereof) can be very harmful, as they do not have a fundamental understanding of other views which is hard to build when you have only looked through one window your entire life.

This was my favorite nursery song when i was little and i LOVE going to church to hang out with my friends... i am a deacon, so i get to sing the opening hymn with my friends and sometimes my childhood favorite song comes up and i love to sing it around my fellow deacons and a couple teachers............

@op2myst Every person who has ever lived on Earth, and who is living on Earth and who will ever live on Earth is a spiritual child of God...EVERYONE...none are excluded. There are things we do that our Heavenly Father disapproves of, but those things do NOT negate the fact that we are HIS spiritual children.

I am a mormon and this song is one of the first songs made in the church it has helped me so much with my testimony. Im so glad i have this gospel in my life it has brought me so many blessings!!!

@Kyandilolita The Church is firm on its position condemning homosexuality as sinful behavior. One of the tenets of Mormon doctrine is the Law of Chastity. It permits sexual relations only between a husband and wife who are legally married.

@SHAKOORK Slight but important correction/clarification here is needed IMHO - the CONDITION OF BEING homosexual is NOT CONSIDERED A SIN. Yes, sexual relations outside of marriage are considered sinful - _whatever type of relations that may entail,_ gay or straight. I ABSOLUTELY feel every one of us is a Child of God!! I'm Mormon, and I know that I am a child of God, and so is everyone else. We need to love each other, and serve them, because service is the best medicine, and when we do service to another, we can find happiness. I also have faith to believe that families can be together forever. Like this comment if you agree with me.

I have been a memeber my whole life. And have a very strong testimony of the church. I know Christ lives. I know he loves each and everyone of us, and knows each and everyone of us personally. We are all Children of God. <3

this is one of my favorite songs.. i got baptized when i was 14 and i have 2 years of being a member of this church.. but i can assure all of you that this church is true, and i think i have the authority to say it because i have felt it and my life has changed so much!!! specially cuz at my age temptations get bigger.. drinking, partying, going out.. all of those things always seem to appear, but i know that when you try to be like Jesus, youre life changes completely! i love being mormon:)

I'm no extremeist, but I recommend that you don't use "child of god" titles. Sadly, there are extremeists out there who will be very very VERY cruel and disgusting. I'm an atheist who thinks this is an EXTREMELY valid video, though I dont believe in god. I got 100% of the video and you are a hero to moms everywhere. Subcribed, I recommend others to do the same.

This was my favorite nursery song when i was little and i LOVE going to church to hang out with my friends... i am a deacon, so i get to sing the opening hymn with my friends and sometimes my childhood favorite song comes up and i love to sing it around my fellow deacons and a couple teachers............
