This is one (if the only I think) structural difference in males and females brains...so YES. They have the wrong brain for their body. However, if a baby during the sex organ development cycle has XY chromosomes and doesn't secrete enough testosterone, that baby will develop female sex organs. The Y chromosome doesn't really matter about gender after the development cycle.

The eurithra is probably only shortened to the same length as a born woman's and, once the vagina is completely built, she can pee like a woman and use the ladie's room like any other woman.
