@AssyrianMelka3 Most studies that have been coming out recently have pointed to nutrient timing to not be too important. It all depends on what and who you read. I usually suggest just finding what works best for you.
nice vid man...one question tho...is it better to replace 5g of BCAA post workout with 5g of leucine instead....i know that bcaa contains leucine but i heard that leucine is the most important amino acid for muscle growth and it is also cheaper to buy compared to BCAAs...what do you think?
Would you recommend me taking FLUD with my whey Post lifting if I'm on a cut and trying to lose my bodyFat? I want to lose my gut before I start a bulk.
@riptide2121 I don't see an issue with taking it post workout. Your body needs carbs immediately following a workout and waxy maize will help transport whatever things you're taking post workout faster.
@mcds87 While that does technically contain the supplements I mentioned, it has them all in a proprietary blend (which doesn't let you know how much of each you're getting). However, I always say if it's working for you then no need to switch it up!
I typically have two scoops of whey protein (EAS brand), 5g of arginine, 5g of glutamine, and have that with skim milk. Am I getting sufficient BCAA in my post workout shake? I also take a scoop of creatine afterwards as well, but not part of the shake, just separate in water.
@ganthc Most whey protein's have BCAA's in them. The 3 major ones you want to look on the label for are leucine, isolucine and valine. So I would assume you're getting a sufficient amount!
Nice stuff man, I got to get myself some more protein powder, I haven't took protein powder in like 4 months, but I don't think I need it, I am still putting on muscle and strength without it. Question...how much do you weigh, and how much can you Deadlift, Bench Press, and Squat, you look hella strong.
@HaydenP90XJourney If what you're doing is working for you I'd say def stick with it. My problem is that I'm 6'4'' and weight about 225-230 right now, so just to maintain my current body composition I have to take in a good amount of protein. It's really hard for me to put on any weight as is. I haven't maxed out in quite a bit so I'm not sure specifics, but that gives me some ideas/motivation for a new video.
should I be saying ur channel is number one on YT ??? Hell yeah....good videos !!!!!

@0680496 If you just buy straight bcaa's and not one that's flavored like Xtend then bcaa's are actually really affordable. They just taste awful!
