At 1:01, nazé yowai ka means "Why are you weak", as the translations say, 1:04 is also accurate, and same with 1:06 xD Though, I`m not quite sure if that was what you were asking about, I`m still a little confused, but it could be due to me doing homework right now. Anyway, keep up the fandubbing!

Though, areas like "Nandé" near the beginning should be "nazé" to say "why". "Nandé" is a variation on "what".

Koitsu wa nanda means "What is this"?

At 0:25, he says things haven`t changed much since "that time" (Ano toki).

0:40`s subtitles are more or less accurate, same with 0:46, and 0:58 (Omai=you, wa=are, yowai=weak), I`ll continue in another comment.

I think it means something to the effect of adding "right?" to the end of a sentence. Not too sure, though; I'm not that great with Japanese grammar...

Imisswofy: It means many things in many different situations from an expression of sympathy, an insincere condolence, a way to avoid having to be impolite and say no, to a mutter about the day. 'Desu' simply translates into "is" or "be". While 'ne' is used at the end of a sentence to indicate a request of confirmation like "..., right?" or "..., isn't it?" but doesn't really necessitate confirmation. So we could translate the phrase 'Desu ne' as "that's so, isn't it?"
