  • I dont know why people still have the Wrestling/BJJ argument. Learn both and shut up.

  • Should have just went for a triangle

  • @TomSpartan218 punchin ppl in the face goes out the door when u get slammed to the ground

  • personally, when he gives u his arm in an attempt to push u away i like to go into a mounted triangle cuz 1. it demoralizes them 2. i find it harder to escape 3. it looks bad ass xp

  • Erik paulson is the man. I've been doing catch wresting and (bjj) jiu-jitsu for many years. Sparring with jiu-jitsu guys they always complains of the crancks of catchwrestlings that I add to my game. Best grappling style in the world.

  • Hey yardape, you are a jerk off for posting crap like that, sounds like you don't know shit. Paulson is no joke. Go watch some Gracie jits videos. You sound ignorant. MMA RULES!

  • These videos are terrible.

I'm much rather be trained in BJJ, strip myself naked and jerk off in front of the mirror.

    Oh Yes! BJJ!

  • You think it's sexual probably because you're 12 years old.

Anyway, you obviously don't understand what you're watching. If you got into a fight with this guy, he'd break you in half.

  • @yardape99 I want to taste your vagina.

  • I'm having this exact problem. I can keep. mounting a guy and he does this same defense and waits for me to do something like the arm bar so he can escape. He makes no attempts to escape before that. Any recommendations? I saw the knuckle choke, so that's one I will try to add.

  • somebody with good core strength could toss u of the top prety easily especially if they weigh more than you

  • true countryboy, but i beleive most people would wait for their opponant to tire/settle before attacking subbmissions from the mount as it is such a dominant position. in which case their attempts to 'power out' could quite easily be stopped.

  • Yeah lets never try the move because it can be countered. While your at it you may aswell forget all techniques you learned that have a counter, and see what your left with.

  • I never liked that one, its a bit easy to get tiped over, wil bring them in a traingle do..But stil he can defend it a bit easyly..

  • Nethier do I, I prefer Eddie Bravo"s way without lifting yhe legs so much and leaving no space.

  • you got a link of that one?

  • I will send it to your mailbox.

  • nice,great material......thanks for sharing

  • I am trying this move tomorrow. Thanks! :)

  • Used his leg locks in training, (Sparring partners are mad at me)...Google search ThaSuper1

  • Awesome, yet another video to open up my mount game, I am serious, I had so few moves from mount I would step out into side-control just to get most of my attacks. Thanks, SirZig!

  • You're welcome bro. Best of luck!

  • nice. im off to the bar now

  • good vid man
