@19BG73 I had the shop do it (not HD). Yes, the Computer is under the seat. I recal all I had to buy was the pipes and the computer. The computer part should have a web site that tells you what and how to set it.
@19BG73 I dont think you have jets on a 09, only fuel injectors . Its all done on the computer. Did you get the computer that installs under the seat?
I was told that the bike would be starved for air without the computer and it would backfire alot. I hope this helps.
