its easy watch from 2:46. If you get a good speed jump to the left it's a huge shortcut i managed to get 3:07:29 with it.

This game came out in 02 or 03 and you've had 5 years to play/practice.

Also, once you beat oxides ghost in all time trails then you can say to make the game harder.

Okay, first of all, Crash Team Racing was released in 1999.

Secondly, I said BOSSES, not other options. All that the main bosses usually have going is specialising in a sole weapon. Oxide is damn cheap with his headstart as well as his range of arsenal; yet once you actually DO get past him, that's the entire race won. That's much unlike the race against Velo in Crash Nitro Kart, which you have to master EVERY turbo opportunity and shortcut to even stand a chance at winning the whole thing.

lol! u sure go into detail...well, mabye not, but CTR and CNK was both easy. I mean, i beated CNK on my nintedo ds (because u can play GBA games on there :)

Well, I haven't played the GBA version so I wouldn't know. The fact remains that the console version's difficulty curve was like a punch in the nuts, lol :D

Still, I NEEDED to go into detail to correct their statement anyway. I wouldn't bite at anything without a reason to do so, wouldn't I? ;)

I know what you're saying though, the time trials are pretty insane. But I'm just saying that the game's Adventure Mode needed to have offered some more intense challenges.

But next time, read my comments PROPERLY before you even criticise my gaming skill (which wasn't even the whole point of the vid to begin with; I wanted to show a modern symphonic cover of a piece of music from CTR, made by myself).

You're really good with Cortex... but are ya any good with Coco? I usually pick her, even though she's slow. XDDD But why did they have to make her even slower in CNK?

Coco's just the same but with better turning, right? I'm sure she's ok but I generally often go with Cortex since he's my fave character out of the eight you start with :p

Concerning CNK though, since we are stuck with three starter personnel per team I would assume her cart was more accustomed to be more like Polar and Pura's in CTR and Crunch getting the Tiny and Dingodile treatment (fast but poor turning). At least, that's what I think.

I play as Cortex too but when I have all characters(except Oxide) I play as Ripper Roo.

Btw the music should speed up when its the last lap.

I find Oxide a bit hard, at least a bit more than the others in the game. The only boss in a Naughty Dog game I'd say was hard was Metal Kor. Less you use the Dark Jak cheat at the begging. Nice race and arrangment Rexy

Weird, in my latest run through the game only Pinstripe gave me grief :p but I agree, Metal Kor was tough as Hell.
