It just occurred to me he is not using standard classical guitar posture (foot stool, left leg raised and the guitar between the legs) He using the same posture i do- right legged crossed over the left- now i don't feel like i half to start getting used to that awkard posture i've felt i need to adopt
Estoy bien de acuerdo con Maeliz -- Su interpretacion es fantastico. Ahorita estoy aprendiendo esta pieza en la guitarra classica. El video ayudame mucho tocarla y interpretarla. Gracias, y muy bien hecho!
Enemymouse,
Sadly, there's no secret: years and years of work to master the guitar, and hundreds of hours on this piece alone. That's what it takes to reach the level of mastery that makes it look easy.
have you heard breams? it's phenomenal. i found this out of print cd which I had to buy. it's called "nocturnal" julian bream. i think it's out of print but i found someone who officially reprints out of date cd's. it has noctural, the sonata, takemitsu's all in twilight, and a few other interesting pieces. Basically the most ballin cd ever. if you're interested in where i bought it, just message. or i might even upload nocturnal or something
Very nice!

there's good reason to adopt it, and watching him play with it makes me cringe

In my opinion, with the exception of Leo Brouwer, Julian Bream.... "Ricardo Gallen" is the very best at performing the sonatas I,II & III hands down!
