My Chemical Romance is a great band too, but you have to give them a chance before you call them girly emo shit. They do concept albums that revolve around central themes, just like TMV. They're intense, have good lyrics, and though not as psychedelic as TMV, they can conjure up mood and atmosphere just as well.

If you downloaded p2p you may have been tricked into getting someone else's stuff and they just labeled it as Volta to get more downloads. The only other thing I can think of is you got some of the individual parts of Cassandra Gemini, because that's a 30+ minute tune separated into smaller tracks and not all of them have vocal parts. They do have several 10+ minute tracks on some albums, but Cedric has vocals on pretty much everything.

This song simply wouldn't fit on the cd. The album was already long enough.
