  • Oh dude, you can totally see the difference between the two videos when she's waving her hand, and this is with &fmt=22 at the ends of both URLs. What did you do differently?

  • The original was saved in AVC format using PowerDirector, this was saved in WMV format using VideoStudio, and then compressed further in WMV format using Windows Media Encoder. It takes longer to come live, but the results are worth it I think.
