Batman #1 was what I was looking for in Detective Comics #1 but didn't feel I got - fantastic issue, everyone was telling me what a good job Snyder had been doing with the character before the New 52 and I'm glad I'm part of it now and Capullo's art is gorgeous and makes me want to pull out all my old Spawn comics.
