Take care of the internal wire. Mine got a bit weird, losing power. Some contact or so is broken, if I don't pull it to far out it will function. I now took the Lacie s+arck that has a very rugged aluminum casing. It comes with a wire as well but the wire is replaceable with a mini usb connection in case the wire would break....
