Yes - last weekend, VERY hot - but good practice for the Big Ride in France in July.

Heidi - you did make me laugh!,- what make is my Butt?, well the answer to that has to be "standard British women size 12" !!

If you are aksing about my bike - it is a Scott Speedster Series 30 road bike.x.

HA HA HA ! isn't language so silly sometimes?

Yes - one cannot ride these distances without pain everywhere, not just in the butt!. However, the main pain I have is in my arthritic wrists and shoulders. I have learnt to move in the saddle and stand up regularly to alleviate pressure, but when it is hot weather our groins can get very chaffed and sore.

soon I will be riding 400 miles, it will take days but stil a long way to go each day.

Oh I remember painfully a cycling tour; the first in the spring, about 60 km. My butt was aching a lot ... the last km's, I had tears in my eyes ... lol

Do you make a 400 km ride? Wow...That's great! Have fun!

I remember in my young YT days - I made a serious comment on a video of a non english speaking person. I nearly had a law suit. It really upset me. Been quite careful ever since.

it is mounted on my helmet with a wire going down my back into the main unit in my back pocket. The wire is a bit of a nuiscance but I couldn't afford wireless.

I hope it will not be this hot in france. out of the 400 miles we have two 97 miles days. (the other 3 are short days - only 70-80 miles Ha Ha).

I have to get some different batteries as the ones that came with the camera only last about an hour.x.

Have you thought of fixing the camera on the person in front aimed backwards facing towards you, so we can see you cycle. Maybe even a side on view would be good too :-)

I did one fixed to my wheelchair whilst at the hospital hahaha :D
