define "best" ... because i'm pretty convinced that VS seeks beautiful and gorgeous models - they always open the show with the line "this is the biggest fashion show WITH SOME OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL GIRLS ON EARTH" - so in order to be a succesful VS model you would have to be absolutely stunning - sorry to be the one to break it to you; but Carmen isn't breathtakingly beautiful and she definitely doesn't fit into the category of "the most beautiful women on earth" !
