This dipwad has had more experience reading teleprompters than a 60 year old mechanic has changing oil. It's his life, his brains, his everything. He even messes up reading a big screen teleprompter. Heres one thing that helps. 1. Know what you are reading, 2 prepare your own speeches, 3 be able to ad-lib if something goes wrong. Lets face it, he would probably read " my bologna has a first name" if it appeared on his teleprompter.

The leader of a nation should be able to deliver a speech off the top of his head because he should be passionate about the cause, okay have some notes to help remember figures but having writers create the speech for Obama to read?
