im completely sure that this is just the title screen. I looked it up in google, its a game about trying to stretch as long as possible, whether that be though tangling yourself around objects in the lvl or around people. Once you complete a level, the amount you stretch goes to a counter, which is also something that stretches. This thing will stretch from earth to various cosmic bodies, every one reached unlocking several new stages. IT looks amazing!!!

Looks... odd but they have shown off some 3D stuff for this previously - so what the final game will be like is still anyone's guess..

Also, the music is a revamped version of the tune from Namco's 1985 arcade game Metro Cross...
