The problem I have with what you say - and its a big problem since its been my prejudice for as long as we've been alive - is that life has no obligation to recognize our sense of superiority. We can judge on this crap all day long and it doesn't change anything. Engagement doesn't really help either since that ends in embarrassing fail. Long term structural improvements tend to moot when you realize they only work a few hundred years at best.

I think Inmendham hopes for idiots reproducing and surviving because as an intelligent member of the working class he'd achieve a status superiority over most of the rest of the working class, who are ignorant sheep. The dumb just don't know how dumb they are, and the intelligent will continue taking advantage of it.
I use to be friends with someone with a darwinian psychology, would always spout " survival of the fittest" even though I told them nothing survives on this shit rock. I think people who have this kind of psychology are most likely psychopaths.
I dont think Darwin got it completely correct. For it seems that, after a certain point in evolution, ideas and concepts, rather than physical prowess, start to control organisms. And if your species is full of idiots, then the idiotic ideas will have more control than the intelligent ideas. Or maybe idiotic ideas will always be considered first before the intelligent ideas because the idiotic and simple ideas are easier for most to understand.
