Don't be fooled by a video. Both 4x4 and 6x6 Pinzgauers are very unstable vehicles with severely restricted articulation that unless operated by an expert driver will easily overturn in offroad situations that many more conventional offroaders would walk through unscathed.

Not many factory vehicles could make this, a Hummer H-1 could do this, or a Unimog 404, otherwise a modified jeep/ toyota could do this. This is incredible and not that many vehicles could do this. Check out the Rock crawling videos, surprisingly there are vehicles that do more than this, don't believe me check it out. I wouldn't believe it either until youi see it.lol

The Pinzgauer was designed and developed by Steyr-Puch, Vienna, Austria. The Pinzgauer was built in the city of Graz in southern Austria in the Steyr - Puch plant there. When austrian millionaire Frank Stronach took over the company he sold the right to build the Pinzgauer to BAE. Now BAE builds the Pinzgauer with Steyr licence. On the Pinzgauer lines in Graz now the Puch G / Mercedes G are produced. Steyr-Puch Pinzgauer: best offroader in the world.
