Jesus already defeated the serpent on Calvary; however, in this end times battle against the Antichrist, whereas Jesus is our Commander in Chief, Mary is His five star general. Jesus is the only mediator between God and man; Mary is our mediator between man and Jesus, as demonstrated in the miracle of the water into wine at Cana.

It's like at a Presidential news conference, the reporters always address the office holder as "Mr President" rather than "Mr Obama", because it shows MORE, not less respect! As the "Woman" at Cana, Mary exercised her office and she caused Jesus to begin His ministry prematurely. He was RECOGNIZING her!

@bravetoday I read the words of the Old Testament that clearly shows that prayers and sin offerings were offered around the ark of Moses. The ark was treated with great respect and venerated, not worshipped. Mary is the ark of the new and everlasting covenant. Catholics know and teach Jesus is the way, they also see Mary as living not dead and able to pray to her Son, because she is pure whereas we are not. When did Israel go into the desert apart from time of Moses?

There is not even a Hint of a gap between the 69th and 70th week in Daniel. The 'gap' is an assumption - not a proveable fact. If there is no gap - then the "covenant" is referring to something else - not some endtime covenant/political agreement. The Antichrist Will rule for 3 and a half years - but this is not to be confused with the "covenant". .another interpretation is that this refers to Jesus confirming the "new covenant".

Why do you ascribe evil motives to me? "Remnant" is a poor translation because it implies a specific group. Only 4 of the 14 translations on the Biblos web site say "remnant". Nine others say "rest". Either way, according to your interpretation, the "remnant" have the testimony of Jesus Christ but NOT the woman. So why then is this "woman" protected in the desert? Fact is: both the "woman" AND her seed have the testimony of Jesus. Apostate Israel will accept the Antichrist and be cast into hell.

They do NOT say that the Abomination of Desolation will be animal sacrifices, they say the idol, statue or whatever the Antichrist will set up, or the fact He is in the Temple will be the Abomination. You are also very wrong about the Temple. There will be a third and physical Temple built by Israel. In fact, they have already crafted all of the worship items, have pre-built stones, and structures waiting to be laid for the official go ahead to build it!

There may be a third Temple built but that will NOT be the Temple John is writing about in Revelation 11:1-2. I doubt if all Christians agree on what the AOD consists of but many of the false prophets, Irvin Baxter, for example, claim that the AOD will be the banning of animal sacrifice after having been reestablished. The AOD IS the banning of a sacrifice, but the sacrifice that will be banned by the Antichrist is the SYMBOLIC sacrifice of the Lord's Supper from every Christian Church on earth.

The Antichrist takes AWAY the Lord's Supper, he does not TAKE the Lord's Supper. In other words, he will prohibit the sacrament of the holy Eucharist from all Christian Churches throughout the world, as prophesied by Daniel and referred to by Jesus in Matthew 24.

I think you've nailed it. The sacrifice which the AC takes away is the Lord's Supper (Eucharist). Anyone who participates in this One World Government and One Word Religion will be cast into the "lake of fire" (Rev. 19:20-22)

There's no doubt that the phrase "12,000 from every tribe of Israel" is symbolic. However, the term "Jew" IS indeed very relevant in these end times. In Zechariah (14:14), the prophet states: "Even Judah also shall fight at Jerusalem". The term "Jew" is derived from "Judah".

You started out hopeful, but then decided without biblical citation that the 144,000 were "Jews." Only Revelation mentions this group, and says they are "from every tribe of Israel." But Dan and Ephraim are missing from the list. They were tribes as much as any other. So clearly literal Jews aren't in view. Besides, the tribes are long erased into history--it's impossible now to have 144,000 Jews whose tribal heritage has been pure for 2,000 yrs. I'd bet there's not one. So try again.
