i was in rehab 3 months ago for a heroin addiction and when i got out i was pretty upset and really torn, didnt know what to do. I stayed at my parents for a while and was really depressed...my mom played me this song, and i listened to it Over and Over again and it helped me so much. thank god for this song. @NotDuncan You see, when learning to finger-pick the guitar, there are certain dos and don'ts. There's a whole big ordeal with technique. James Taylor doesn't go by the rules when it comes to finger-picking. He has his own unique style that is very hard to learn.

This song reminds me of a Summer spent on the Sardinian northern coast with my 3 sibs and 2 friends of theirs.We had 2 tapes of J.Taylor's songs(CDs were nowhere to be seen at that time).We'd play them over and over again,at all times,wherever we were.So,eventually,those songs became the "soundtrack "of that very special Summer.
