Ok, believe me or not I am iHasWeapons...

So the guy couldnt teleport because he was lvl lower then 30, cant teleport, he had a weapon for higher lvl because hes a hacker, but cant hack skills, he hacks weapon lvls down. At lvl 1 he had a Kebab +3 :) i know him in real life .
