This certainly does not have anything to do with my experience as a Nextel and now a Sprint customer. This is a classic example of negative propaganda. I listen to internet radio on my Treo 700wx over EVDO while I drive and I drive an hour back and forth to work. I have never had any reason to complain to customer service after 5 years as a customer.
Why take it out on the customer service rep? She is just telling you how it is...
