I do also have a small widow's peak in the bangs, but you can easily straighten it out or relax it with a dryer and products. if not, try work it in to your hairstyle, like a fresh touch.

@ibrian101 its not hard at all to get out. i use the same hanz de fuko sponge wax. Its really good! it doesnt have alot of shine. kind of like a matte shine. it holds up really good. its a bit on the expensive side costing $16.50 for a the tin.

@Jsahadi You can get a pretty similar effect. If you have straight hair it'll look a bit more spiky but you can resolve that by scrunching your hair after you used your product (use your whole hand to press your hair into a more curled position).

@JDANNYPJ What do you mean with bulky? Do you mean it's too thick and too 'much' on one side? You could get it thinned out at a hairdresser if thats the case. + if you have thick hair and you don't want it to look so thick avoid using matte waxes and clays as it makes your hair look thicker.

Hey, I have really straight hair so the only think I do is gel my hair into a faux hawk. Just recently i got it cut into an actual faux hawk so i wouldn't have a small afro since my hair doesn't lay flat. is it possible to do this hairstyle with my really straight hair?

@NoobHunter45 Straight hair works a lot better for a faux hawk then curly hair or other things. I do suggest using a clay instead of a gel for a faux hawk with straight hair, and also avoid really shiny wax cause in my eyes it messes up the look a bit. :) Oh and the nice thing about a faux hawk is that any short hairstyle will do, you don't need it cut specifically for a faux hawk.
