  • That's truly one Bad Ass bike man. I'm selling my sportbike and getting myself a Raider this spring. I can hardly wait; I've read and heard nothings but good things about this beast of a machine.

  • Futhermucker1, that is awesome, do you have the brand of the mirrors, tail light, and plate kit? i just got a 2010 raider in the california area and i want to do something similar.

  • @vicisustech Thanx bro. I got them off Ebay awhile back. Honestly I can't remember what brand. If you do a little searching on Ebay you'll find them. Happy hunting bro. TC!

  • sweet ride bro

  • @Charlesb1 Thanks brother!!

  • Really like those bikes. Sounds great. I have always bought most of my parts off Ebay too. Local shops can't compete with the price.

  • @MidnightSM Thanx brother. Yeah, I shop on eBay all the time. Everyone wants the best price, plus shop prices are rediculas. TC

  • @futhermucker1 I'm looking at getting a Raider here in the near future and about 95% sure I want the Morton pipes. There aren't a lot of people out there with them on, which I like, but as a consequence, there's not as much information on them as other ones. I've heard that some people have problems with the pipes dragging in turns before even hitting the pegs...have/do you experience this? Its really my only concern about them. Anyway, you should post more vids of your bike if you get a chance.

  • @Cytras123 Good to hear brother. They are BAD ASS pipes. No dragging at all. I lowered the backend 1 3/4" and have had no problems. I live in Cali where there is no real deep turns so I rarely have to dig in any of my turns. They sound great on the Raider however YOU MUST PROGRAM the Power Commander 5 to the pipes. but the map doesnt have the pipes, so you have to call Mortons and he'll talk you through it. Very easy to do. Once done it's freak'n titts brother. T/C

  • @futhermucker1 That's awesome. Decision's made then - Morton's it is. Thanks for the info!

  • THIS IS BAD ASS LISTEN UP...I HAD A VULCAN MEASTREAK MOTOR JUST CEASED UP I HAD SAME MORTONS ON THE BIKE IT WAS A 1500 AND IT WAS BY FAR THE LOUDEST MOST INTIMIDATING BIKE ON THE STREET! WARNING HEAT WRAP IS A MUST THESE PIPES GET SUPER HOT IVE BURNT HOLES IN MULTIPLE PAIR OF JEANS AND MY CAMO UNIFORM (IM A MARINE). BUT THESE ARE THE BEST ON THE MARKET IF YOU CAN HANDLE 110 DECIBLES ;-)

  • God dam thats sooo far better than a pos hardly davidson lol verry nice. I graduate from MMMI in two weeks and I think im gonna sell my k71000 and get a raider.

  • @Tillerbomb Do it, do it, do it, do it......LOL

  • I brought home an 09 Raider Raven today! Leftover special, was still in the crate! :)

  • @schmoofadoop Right on bro! Get that bad boy put together and on the road!

  • I came my pants..

  • @OneProvidence LOL! Nice hahahah

  • How does that multi-bar do with ground clearance? Do you hit the peg feeler before you would hit the bars I hope?

  • @schmoofadoop Yes it does hit the peg feeler before the bar. I was kinnda surprised with the clearence actually. I lowered the back end an 1 3/4" and with the rear stock 210 tire on the back you kinnda have to dig in your turns more so than if you were ridding with a narrower back tire. The bar looks good but because of the frame and rake my short legs can't even ride on the bar pegs. LOL... At least it'll protect the tank if it's laid down right?

  • @futhermucker1 Ya man, I am 6' 2" and the stock bars left me feeling a little stretched out, but nothing some shorty risers couldn't fix. I did feel that the M109R was more agile but the Raider had a smoother ride, superior throttle control, and just looks the business more so than the plastic riddled 109... the 09 Raider that I rode had the Yamaha custom duals exhaust on it and it sounded pretty mean, but those Morton's are the best I've heard. You have a power commander but stock air intake?

  • @schmoofadoop A buddy of mine has an M109. It's a good size V-twin too, but for me I think it looks like something outta blade runner or something. It looks to imported to me....Yep stock intake. It's fine bro. No back fire, pops or anything like that.

  • @futhermucker1 Is it a PCIII or PCV?

  • @schmoofadoop What is?

  • @futhermucker1 Do you have a Power Commander 3 or 5 :)

  • @schmoofadoop LOL Oh sorry bro...I have the Power Comander 5. I got it on eBay.

  • Dude it's been a month, I've listened to pretty much every clip on here of Raider pipes and I actually got to test ride one last week at a local dealer... your bike BY FAR sounds the best and I am on the verge of buying a new 09 in black and going with these pipes right out the gate... fucking awesome dude. You should make a new video and have someone film you doing some take off / drive by stuff man.

  • excellent sound, bike looks great man

  • @schmoofadoop Thanks bro

  • Hey, man, nice bike. I just got myself a silver raider.

Those pipes sound bad ass. Like the mods. Nice work.

  • @leo76262 Thank you. I love the pipes. They are from Morton. The wrap gives it the old school look. Just remember what ever pipes you put on, you have to install a power comander and get it retuned. A MUST!

  • It's a rear fender bib. They' don't cost a llot at all. You can pick one up on eBay. As far as the two bolts, a quick shot of raddle can black by Krylon should do it. They don't make any plugs for the fear fender. You can get creative though. They have spikes you can put on it. If that's your thing. Good luck bro.

  • What is that black piece that you placed on the rear fender covering the holes from the original passenger seat? I have been wanting to remove the passenger seat on my raider but have been trying to figure out how to cover the holes without placing those awful bolts into the fender. I want a new custom fender but need something to replace the holes until the money is "right."

  • ebay shopper.... "its a daily ridder, I ride it everyday" Ha ha! "I love you!"

  • I rode one prior to my 09 hammer s purchase...road like a brick. the former owner installed a different shock it also had an orient express 108 kit...made power but road like shit...like a rigid. not to mention the bike vibrated like crazy even while driving...numb hands after a few miles.....best of luck with yours...i will stick with the hammer s

  • @9secondsflat Hammer S...I'll have to check it out. The bike rides fine to me, but I will say the seat sucks ass. It would be better if it came with a pan seat. I had a Suzuki Valusia before, 2001 and I've never road a more comfortable bike. Road like a Cadi. THX

  • @9secondsflat Orient express 108 kit? WTF is that? The raider is already 113 CI.. You are a moron.. Stick to your victory hammer... dumbass. Whatever you rode it wasn't a Raider.

  • @f15squad your bike is still a piece of shit...face the facts...try to sell the bike you will get 4k offers. where are the drag pass videos? where is the dyno video??? dont have one???? we know why..all bark no bite...and I will stick with my zx14 and my new victory xc

  • now all you need is 240 on the rear!

  • @rumpstumpr I ride 140 miles a day. I'm going to go through tires like crazy. You can put a 240 rear with spacers, but a 240 on stock rim would just give hight but not width since there's not more rim to expand. I would like it but, that requires more CHESSE! lol
