they say that going to bed with your hair wet is bad becasue your hair is more succabtable to damage when wet and cotton sucks moisture from your hair and the rouch texture causes split ends. in my oinion its fine to go to bed with damp hair just make sure your pillow case is something other than cotton. nice tutorial. : )

I can't do any styling to the crown of my hair because it got some scalp issues. I always have to deal with it but I'm trying my best about that.(:
