Doing a reskin for Emergency 4

Sorry to be a pain but how did you get that file? Did you make it yourself?

Wicked, its working now :P, Um when i go to save on paint.net it asks me where to save and stuff so i do that then a settings comes up and i click on defaults then on OK and it just said i need to choose a different location or file type, Am i ment to delete the oringal File just before i go to save the same file but with different textures?

@That20YearOld You need to execute paint.net as administrator if you want to replace the old texture. Or you can just save the texture anywhere and then copy and paste it in the right folder.

This is a great video :D, the only thing that worrys me, is im using paint.net the free version and i cant seem to open a dds file and theres no png file and its either v3o or dds and it wont open it :s how do i open a texture? like you did?

@That20YearOld If you are using skins of the LA mod that's the problem. They are packed. Use the skins of any other mod

@blue32hike The texture files. Inside a mod you go to models>vehicles>police(for example) and you open a .dds or .png file.
