  • Yogic ujjayi breath (gives ~4hours), yoga practice, five tibetan rites - gives good rest and refreshment for body and mind, so the needed quantity of sleep decreases. There even are ones who do not sleep for few years, becouse of spiritual practices.

    I'm too am keen of various knowledge, and such work of yours inspires to also share it by videos. For sleep I have a theory also, that people can count their sleep before 4-5am, and after it. and if 4-5am is crossed, counting restarts in a way.

  • I go to bed around 5-6 A.m and I wake up at 8-8:30 and im fine im lik nvr tired

    then your mom comes in and finds you sleeping and its already 12pm

  • @DudeofHarderstylez Im asian. I had a really bad habit of staying up really late, and waking up in the afternoon.

  • try to sleep before 10,believe me no matter what,you will wake up 4-5 am in the morning and and believe me,you are more energetic.

  • Thank you for the tips. I am not a morning person at all because I wake up at around 11:00 Pm everyday. But for some odd reason, I LOVE to wake up on early morning because it refreshes me. Again, Thanks so much.

  • I sleep for 5 hours, that is enough for me because I meditate.

  • how long do you meditate for every day? do you meditate once a day or multiple times a day? Do you ever stay up late for say a party and do you still wake up at 5am on those days and just live with the reduced amount of sleep?
