I'm too am keen of various knowledge, and such work of yours inspires to also share it by videos. For sleep I have a theory also, that people can count their sleep before 4-5am, and after it. and if 4-5am is crossed, counting restarts in a way.

how long do you meditate for every day? do you meditate once a day or multiple times a day? Do you ever stay up late for say a party and do you still wake up at 5am on those days and just live with the reduced amount of sleep?
i will try this because i dont like waking up at 3pm but i proly wont record it but i will try to wake up at 5 every day thanks for the awsome tips even if there harsh

try to sleep before 10,believe me no matter what,you will wake up 4-5 am in the morning and and believe me,you are more energetic.
