This is the only rescue I can make work with obese people.

Other rescues I find are like trying to eat Jell-O with chopsticks.

I also try to have the casualty lie as far back on the rear deck as possible: It drops the centre of gravity.

if they cant rescue themselves or get rescued normaly, forget about it.
