@mudbog98 if you want a good tire for cheap check out the swamp lite by interco. i run 26's on my 400 outlander. the 26's lugs are 1.125 deep, where as the 25's lugs are only .75 deep. i love them in the mud and trail riding.

@darin123611 first of all you can take any mud hole at any angle you dont have to go straight in. Second, there are many tactics that you can try as soon as you loose tractions which are gettin on one side of the bike and leaning out to make the tires grab the inside of the ruts and sometimes grab and if that side doesnt work hop to the other and maybe that will work. Typically jumping up and down doesnt work that well. Third, when your stuck it wont hurt to turn your wheel all the way each way

next time try that and then let me know how it works. Once you get those techniques down then most of the time its hard to get "stuck"

eh my preferred tires it the itp blackwater xt 26 12-12 but ive never been in slush with them either never got stuck either in bout 2 ft deep of water but they are only on a kawa 300 4x4 but ive been through alot of shit ppl with grizzlys and shit just simply say hell no lol its pretty funny only prob big tires keep u in first gear alot but the dont clog up very much and eazily clean out they dig good and what u cant get into u can back out of i buried both back tires and back out in loose sand

yes i agree that kawis are amazingly beastly rides but no not polaris. they do have the power but they also have too much weight holding them down. i dont want to brag or anything but i have not found a mud hole than can stop my rancher. but my next choice would probably be a kawi.

no wrong. hondas are not that good for getting across mud holes extremly fast. i have seen many hondas go past popos and kawis in mud. they dont go fast but they do keep going

It also depends on the tires too. But if you have for example a suzuki 500 and a honda foreman 500 both with the same tires the suzuki would win because it has a diff lock that helps a lot in the mud. I could have used another brand in place of suzuki but that was just an example

no, cuz polaris's have terrible acceleration and my dd got a new 97 rute force 750 4x4i and it destrow=yed my friends outlander 800 max in a race and out pulled him... and when we out mudding and ridin through snow drifts he pulled me out once in snow and once in mud and i pulled him out 3 times in mud and 4 times in snow
