@mudbog98 if you want a good tire for cheap check out the swamp lite by interco. i run 26's on my 400 outlander. the 26's lugs are 1.125 deep, where as the 25's lugs are only .75 deep. i love them in the mud and trail riding.
@darin123611 first of all you can take any mud hole at any angle you dont have to go straight in. Second, there are many tactics that you can try as soon as you loose tractions which are gettin on one side of the bike and leaning out to make the tires grab the inside of the ruts and sometimes grab and if that side doesnt work hop to the other and maybe that will work. Typically jumping up and down doesnt work that well. Third, when your stuck it wont hurt to turn your wheel all the way each way
That what they make winching for instead of burning you clutching up.....funny how alot of guys get stuck and never hook their winching up ,but their burn and break their quads...
eh my preferred tires it the itp blackwater xt 26 12-12 but ive never been in slush with them either never got stuck either in bout 2 ft deep of water but they are only on a kawa 300 4x4 but ive been through alot of shit ppl with grizzlys and shit just simply say hell no lol its pretty funny only prob big tires keep u in first gear alot but the dont clog up very much and eazily clean out they dig good and what u cant get into u can back out of i buried both back tires and back out in loose sand
i have a set of 28" itp's im selling cause i dont like em and the tread dept of them are 1" 1/8. ANYONE interested??? the sizes are (2) 28x10x12 and (2) 28x12x12.
Polaris sucks.. They are unreliable, have to many grease fittings.. No low end power.. And Weigh to much.. Yamaha, Honda, and Kawasaki are much better, stronger, and much more reliable.. Polaris sucks...
Fuck a Can-am, fuck that bullshit, Polaris all the way, racing and speed is pretty much out of the question with a utility unless you need that power for work or something, quit the brand war bullshit about can-ams, they suck too me I aint never heard about a can am period, fuckem
yes i agree that kawis are amazingly beastly rides but no not polaris. they do have the power but they also have too much weight holding them down. i dont want to brag or anything but i have not found a mud hole than can stop my rancher. but my next choice would probably be a kawi.
no wrong. hondas are not that good for getting across mud holes extremly fast. i have seen many hondas go past popos and kawis in mud. they dont go fast but they do keep going
It also depends on the tires too. But if you have for example a suzuki 500 and a honda foreman 500 both with the same tires the suzuki would win because it has a diff lock that helps a lot in the mud. I could have used another brand in place of suzuki but that was just an example
idk i really dont like polarises too much they are fast but have no low end power and slow accelleration but everyhing is electronic so its easy to fix... i'll stick to my kawis and arctic cats cuz they both run kawi engines and have the most power, traction, and reliability
yeah i mean not tryin to bash em and stuff but from results and experience but if i get the one for free from my uncle i'm not gonna givce a damn cuz its free but i'll fix it and trade it in but its got brand new tires 335 cc but the 4x4 dont work so if i get it theres already $250 blown to fix it, the spedometer and make it run like new si idc really lol
dude i dont know what your smokin and yes im giong to dis the company i love but polarisis are slow and do have alot of low end torque and yes id know i own one
whattt, our polaris's have really good acceleration and shity top speed, ur the fagget i argued on wich had more power the can am or kawasaki right? have yoy finnly found out can am has more power
no, cuz polaris's have terrible acceleration and my dd got a new 97 rute force 750 4x4i and it destrow=yed my friends outlander 800 max in a race and out pulled him... and when we out mudding and ridin through snow drifts he pulled me out once in snow and once in mud and i pulled him out 3 times in mud and 4 times in snow
they didnt even make brutes in 97. tell ur friend to let me barow his 800 and ill race, go mudding with you and show ur brute up. where do u live? and what does ur brute top out at
This video is stupid. It doesn't compare the tires like the title says. You're an idiot

Looks like the bike didn't have enough engine to spin the tires. Get a Brute 750.

man my 660 with 29.5" laws could make it through that. Its mostly about the rider not the bike

once your bottom starts dragging the ground it is the rider

next time try that and then let me know how it works. Once you get those techniques down then most of the time its hard to get "stuck"
bighunt986 2 years ago
@bighunt986 i know and thats what i meant by my comment...im on a mud racing team this isnt my first rodeo lol

polaris has more power than can am
ishredinmysleep 3 years ago
for 09 the 850 does but can am still beats it in a race. wait a few years can am will come out with a 1,000. i betcha. smoke anything else
willynilly69 3 years ago 7
the 800 will beat a can am 800 and ya gotta remember if polaris is ahead now they probably will be later
ishredinmysleep 3 years ago
there not ahead by much and remeber its 50cc more. if you bored the can am .50 over the can am will beat the 850 polaris imo.
willynilly69 3 years ago
no because the polaris 800 beat the can am
ishredinmysleep 3 years ago
no way dude no way. show me
willynilly69 3 years ago
actually the can am 800 beat the 800 polaris quite badly. the 850 polaris is barely in the same class as a outlander 800.
