@keithdeweese Yes, it is. I bet lots of Her fans have no idea about the existence of Nevestinko Oro. But I like listening to it, then I listen to "The Sensual World" and then to the instrumental version of TSW. Can't wait to hear "Flower Of The Mountain", although I think nothink can beat the original veresion of TSW.
It is amazing to appreciate how KB used Nevestinko Oro and how she made it into one of her best songs ever,
još malo pa će i srbija postat mediteran....ako već nije postala.....makedonija na mediteranu?!...da naravno....i mađarska je na mediteranu.....a uskoro će to postati i moldavija
The song is called Antice mori Dusice. The words as far as I can remember, Antice mori Dusice, aj sho pusti k'smet si nemala, i na tvojata ubavina, i na tvojata licotja. refrain: Ne zhale Ance, ne placi, ne roni solzi krvavi, ne zhale ance, ne placi, ne rasipuj si go liceto.
@gajda1984 Thank you kindly for the lyrics and for their translation. I shall add them to the video info, along with due credit to you. You may very well be right about the name of the song. The CD cover and folder is full of typos and inconsistencies.
@DaisyLark You are quite welcome, my regards to your video and your interpretation on the Eastern side of early european music. Nice variation. if you get a chance, look up a Macedonian version of the song, and check out Macedonian bagpipes on youtube AKA the Gajda. We have a rich culture as well musically and our melodies are still modal, not much different from the middle ages. though the Makam system is also used.
The song basis for Kate Bush's "The Sensual World" and "Flower of the Mountain."

translation,
Hey Antice your soul!
you don't have good luck,
don't grieve, Anche, don't cry,
don't cry tears with blood,
don't hurt your face.
Sounds weird in English but that is what it translates to. especially from my grandfather and I translating.
