  • Thank you very much for the video! This has been my parish since I was born. However, I MUST point out that the second "a" of Josaphat is pronounced as in "father," not "fat." :)

  • This is one of the most beautiful churches in the midwest. Can you tell me where the music is from? Was it recorded in the church or another source?

Greetings! Sorry for the delayed response.

Yes, St. Josaphat's is so beautiful.

Actually, I edited in the music and used songs from the "Catholic Latin Classics" cd. I would search this title on Amazon/Barnes and Noble.

    Take care,

    Laura

  • Thank you for the positive feedback! I share your thoughts on Polish history. I believe that some Polish Americans are becoming lazy and not passing the rich culture to their children. Being Polish, I plan to share as much information as possible!

  • Great Video and magnificent Basilica - too bad that even in a video about this beautiful Polish Church - It seems that important Polish History has been forgotten. St Stanislaus Kostka was a Polish nobleman who fought his family to become a Jesuit and died as a young man, he was named after St. Stanislaus Szczepanowski Bishop of Cracow, martyred By Boleslaw I because he had dared to denounce the king's immorality.

  • Thanks for this great documentry! Great job!
