FYI, in the USA some rural states (AZ, MO, WI, MI) allow Variance permits to ride ATV's on road (from trail to trail) however NO states currently allow vehicles like you guys have in the UK, such as fully modified Raptor 660 with Turn Signals lights (and multicolored LED's :)) and a horn on them.

Want to change this in the US? Then take some initiative and write to your state representatives, congressmen and the secretary of state.
