Im not familiar with DNEU, but what if you included a small percentage of a high velocity explosive such as PETN, ETN, NG, or even RDX. Just to increase the energy and VoD produced so it can split the DPPP molecules. Therefore detonating the DPPP! :) Do you think that might work?
@lanschr0 DPPP is quite sensible, thanks to it I could ignite the 50% of DNEU, but the peroxide is incompatible with HNO3 residual in DNEU after the nitration.
I don't have PETN or ETN, in my country don't sell erythritol,but I think that ANNM/DNEU 50:50 can be sufficient for ignite pure DNEU...
DNEU is interesting because its cost is below of 20 euro/kg
