The people in this film are loosely "based" off real TA TKD martial artists. I'm not dropping names, but I am aware of who they allegedly are.

If I'm not mistaken, Jody Hill was a student of one of them (that is why you see real TKD technique)

Just enjoy the clip and stop the blah blah about what is or isn't a martial art and what is better etc.

Certain things work for certain people. Enjoy whatever style you like and train hard. Again enjoy this clip as this movie is so awesome.

yea right, 5 % actually made it to blackbelt. getting blackbelt of taekwondo and karate is as easy as jogging. all you need is do it for 2 years and pay the instructor on time.

Maybe Taekwondo, but not Karate, Its going to take me 7 Years to get my black belt in Shotokan, and if it only takes you 2 years to get a black belt, then your fucked against a real black belt, because you DONT even have a black belt, they call those Mcdojos, because any asshole can go in and out fast with a black belt, TKD is a joke now, so I wouldnt be surprised if you could get a black belt in it in 2 years though.

@onthewingshot This kind of bullshit is why karate studios and anything of that sort are losing business; Its nonsense. You learn the moves, then you get tested and from that test you will get your RANK in that particular skill. TKD is a compilation of perfecting your technique and summon it by will, and then define by competition. But its all lost because some asshole instructors wants you to keep paying his rent for 7 years. This movie shows the scams that they really are

My instructor doesnt have any ripoff price, and it takes 7 years to get a blackbelt in a REAL martial art, because you learn the technique at white belt, and basic katas, and in yellow and up you learn more advanced katas and greater power. In case you didnt know, you have to keep practicing katas because they give you muscle memory, and you wont have to think in a fight, youll just do. Also, TKD has some pretty stupid useless acrobatic kicks. Jus' sayin.
