In my mind, Gorbachev was the greatest ruler in Russia. He told the people about the truth covered up by the lies of communist leaders previous. He brought in freedom of the press to speak out against the government, he brought in free speech. He held the first and probly the only truely democratic election. That may have been true, but even before he died Stalin had main control of the army, so he was in a better position to do so. Also yes, that exactly right, that is why I get a little bit mad when they call one of these countries "Communist countries" when they're not lol, they are "Communistic states" or "semi-ideology states" since they technically (according to the manifesto) never left the revolution stage.
OK, i have a few things to say, first, this is an awesome song :). It was just a story told to the Soviet public, but the reality is that Lenin was an even more viscious murderer then Stalin. As for Communism, the reason no true communist society has ever existed is because it can't. Communism can work at the very tiny level, like a commune, but otherwise, it is unworkable.

In my mind, Gorbachev was the greatest ruler in Russia. He told the people about the truth covered up by the lies of communist leaders previous. He brought in freedom of the press to speak out against the government, he brought in free speech. He held the first and probly the only truely democratic election. And when the the people voted him out out of spite to the communist party he still represented, he stepped down. How things may have been if he was president now.

If there would exist the possibility to go back in time, I personaly would killed Lenin so the communism nevers comes. Communism ruin Russia, east Europe, North Korea and other communist countries as well. There is no argument saying communism was better: look at the communist countries in 1989-1990 when communism fall and compare with the West in 1989-1990; look now at this countries and compare them, even after 23 years the former communist countries can't be compared with the West.

The Red army wouldn't have been able to win against America if a world war had broken out. It's a proven fact, coming from former soviet military strategists themselves. They hardly had an efficient navy to begin with, and they weren't as strong as portrayed in the movies.

That may have been true, but even before he died Stalin had main control of the army, so he was in a better position to do so. Also yes, that exactly right, that is why I get a little bit mad when they call one of these countries "Communist countries" when they're not lol, they are "Communistic states" or "semi-ideology states" since they technically (according to the manifesto) never left the revolution stage.

OK, i have a few things to say, first, this is an awesome song :). Second, staying true to the Communist Manifesto written by Karl Marx and Fredrick Engels, there has NEVER been a truly Communist country in the worlds history. Lenin was on the way of creating one, but he died and the worlds biggest mass murderer took over, Joseph Stalin. Lenin even left a letter specifically saying not to let Stalin take power. Needless to say, it was ignored, Trotsky was chased to Mexico and that's that lol.

@oz4210 That's actually a myth. Historians have discovered this from the various Soviet archives available now. It was just a story told to the Soviet public, but the reality is that Lenin was an even more viscious murderer then Stalin. As for Communism, the reason no true communist society has ever existed is because it can't. Communism can work at the very tiny level, like a commune, but otherwise, it is unworkable.
