@fmbighair yeah man! if it's completley red or pinkish , go to the doctor. When you are getting better your pee becomes like orange color( is still a trace of blood) so the idea is to stop sex for while( masturbating too) spicy and greasy food. No drinks like alcohol, sunny day, so on. Drink a lot of water and take TAMSULON( TAMSULONSINE) it will help you to recover from this thing. At least 2 months every day you should take it.

Some people bleed from their nose for no good reason. If it doesn't come with pain, eet should be evaluated very carefully

Yes there is also an aetiological factor called jogger's haematuria. It's pretty common and usually painless.
If it's persistent, you could go ahead and get a urine full report done.
