The whole "I dont know" thing is the oldest trick in the book. My boyfriend pulls the same stunt any time I try to talk to him about something he doesnt want to talk to me about. "I dont know, I dont know, I dont know", so annoying! My momma smacked me in the face for saying that. How could you not know that a gun went off? Never underestimate how little kids can lie.
he confessed even though it wasnt him..... shows the pressure the police puts on people during interrogation. i think to that kid it was easier for him to just confess then to go through more of the bullshit he had been going through. how can you rely on someone to serve justice when they cannot even abide the law themselves? pretty sad world we live in.
Any adult have acted as guardian and been in the room to support and help this child. In most of north America there are legal aid and child services attorneys on call. As for the interrogation techniques they are pretty much text book and not all cops are out to get anyone. If a victim dies the detectives are the only ones left to be their voice and fight to get them justice .

The so-called Protectors are actually abusive, monstrous bullies and criminals. Cops are generally too dum and lazy to find the real criminal, so they go after the easiest target, a relative.
They couldnt av a parent there, he shot them. at i wonder how an 8 year old kid would pay for a lawyer. o no thats right, us good tax paying people would. wat kinnda kid would c there dad bleeding at not call 911 but pick a random gun up. he clearly did it.
