Just because she's got drugs problems, doesn't mean she's lying when she says she was sexually harrassed. Yeah, she's got a bad attitude, but that and her manner make her a good target for accusations of stealing. And even if she did steal the money, that doesn't necessarily mean she was lying about the sexual harrassment. There wasn't sufficient evidence that she had been sexually harrassed though. Maybe if she'd had some more help in getting her case together she'd have had more luck.

One of the worst problems we have in the USA is that females are automatically believed when it comes to accusations of sexual harassment. It doesn't matter if there is little or no evidence. This is not appropriate. Why not? Because in our system of justice the accused is supposed to presumed INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY, and guess what - this man was proven innocent in a criminal court trial. There zero evidence he ever touched her inappropriately, and her past impeaches her credibility.

He was proven innocent in a criminal trial, and she has a history of lying, stealing and also another sexual harassment claim that was also proven false. People's lives can be forever ruined by accusations such as these because we have lost the fact that one is innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around.

It is wrong, absolutely positively morally wrong to assume an accuser is telling the truth without evidence. All available evidence shows this man to be innocent and her to be a liar. Put yourself in his shoes. "Ei incumbit probatio qui dicit, non qui negat" - the burden of proof is on the accuser, not the accused.

Just because she's got drugs problems, doesn't mean she's lying when she says she was sexually harrassed. Yeah, she's got a bad attitude, but that and her manner make her a good target for accusations of stealing. And even if she did steal the money, that doesn't necessarily mean she was lying about the sexual harrassment. There wasn't sufficient evidence that she had been sexually harrassed though. Maybe if she'd had some more help in getting her case together she'd have had more luck.

Her perjury is more than sufficient to show that she was lying through her teeth the whole time. If she messed up the dates, that would be OK. But to 'forget' that the shaking incident occurred on a different day than the incident in which he lied on her (remember - she said that the former IMMEDIATELY followed the latter) is way too implausible to even take seriously.
It's obvious she fucked over an innocent man's reputation to try to cover her ass.

What I was trying to get across was that it shouldn't be taken for granted that just because she's had drug problems she's a liar. If she was sexually harassed then i think that if she'd been better prepared then she may have been able to state her case better.
